Seang Dy, elegant & poise with a beautiful body and voice. She is known to Khmers that she is a wife of HH Sisowath Charya aka Neak Ang Rajavong Sisowath Chariya.
Apparently Seang Dy was never legally married to his HH Chariya at all, she was only his companion.
Sisowath Chariya is a son of HRH Sisowath Sirimatak.

Seang Dy married to Chariya, however why Chariya has never claimed her as his lawfull wife no one knows.
I wonder about Norodom Soma whose father named Norodom Vatvani. But why does not the world royalty record shows that Vatvani has children or even married?

If Vatvani is till alive, can he ask his relatives to send an affidavit to Henry Soszynski to update? I am sure he can. Why didn't he do it? What stopped him from pursuing it?
Soma is an educated woman and active in the community, and we are sure she is so proud of her last name Norodom and more prouder to be princess and be known all over the world as King Sihamoni's niece, which in fact she is not Sihamoni's niece.
Unfortunately her name is not in the world royalty record.
Who is her father? Is he a real Vatvani, a son of Norodom Montana?
You know we cannot forget a monk in the US raised multi milliom of dollars for just telling Khmer-Americans lies that he was Sihanouk's son named Naradipo while the real Naradipo was killed since 1975 by KR.
Soma should just be who she is (people will love and respect her more) instead of claiming to a high title HRH which in fact she is not in the ring-royalty.
